DIVING TERMS & CONDITIONS

Any replacement costs incurred through breakages or loss of loaned equipment will be charged at recommended retail price.

Any additional services will be paid for before departure.

All dive equipment must be servicable and suitable for the diving intended.

Galicia Holiday and Casa Quireza SC reserve the right to refuse a diver or the group if the Dive Leader's safety instructions are ignored. Any persons refused will not be eligiable for a refund.

Galicia Holiday and Casa Quireza SC are not responsible for any loss or damage to belongings outside the boundaries of Casa Quireza.

PRICES

All prices are based on two people sharing accommodation in Casa Quireza.

BOOKING CONFIRMATION & PAYMENT

i. For bookings made 2 months or more in advance, a 50% deposit is required when you make the booking, with the remaining balance payable 30 days before arrival.
ii. For bookings made less than two months in advance, a 65% deposit is required when booking, with the remaining balance payable 30 days before arrival.
iii. For bookings made 30 days or less before your intended stay, full payment is required when booking.

CANCELLATIONS

Any changes or cancellation must be made in writing, together with the return of any travel documents. Cancellation charges are as follows:
i. 3 months before arrival date full refund
ii. 2 months before arrival 25% refund
iii. Less than 2 months loss of deposit

If diving is cancelled due to bad weather then the day's diving will be refunded upon departure.

TRANSFERS

For transfers from Porto airport there is a surcharge of 175,00 € per group of up to 8 people.

SPANISH DIVING LEGISLATION REQUIREMENTS

The following rules MUST be observed to comply with Spanish diving legislation.

All divers must provide originals of dive qualification and insurance such as BSAC membership.

These must be carried onboard by the skipper during diving operations. Maximum diving depth is 30 msw.

No solo diving is permitted.

To ensure compliance with these terms and conditions, All groups must follow the guidance given by the qualified dive leader provided.
