This elegant stone villa with a stunning "balcony-mirador" has fantastic panoramic views of the Atlantic Ocean
and the Islands Cies Natural Park. Ideally positioned, the property is only 3 minutes from the Medival town of Baiona
and 30 minutes from the city centre of Vigo. The beaches and
amenities are also found a short distance from the villa.
The private pool is delightfully surrounded by a wonderfully manicured garden which has children playground, barbecue
area, vegetable garden and a pool changing cottage with shower. A pathway with stairs leads to the villa´s courtyard which is
charmingly furnished with table and chairs ideal for "al fresco" dinning.
The house is beautifully decorated with comfortable en-suite bedrooms and spacious living
areas and kitchen. It has a gym with Finish Sauna.

Some Info About the area:
The medival town of Baiona in the south west coast of Galicia is immerse in a rugged landscape comprising the Bay of Baiona and
the Miñor and Grova rivers. This natural setting has resulted in the declaration of many nature
preserves, inluding the Miñor River wetlands, Mount Grova and the Estelas Islands.
Heritage
From Baionas ilustrious past there remain today monuments of considerable importance. The fortress
of Mount Real now houses the four start National Parador Conde de Gondomar.
Baiona means history and art, but also sports and fun. The town has a large recreational port and a
Nautical Club that often organises different activities like sailing, surfing, catamaran and SCUBA diving.
After a day spent relaxing on the beach, sampling the local cuisine, sailing, hiking and enjoying the
fantastic views and heritage, comes the nightlife around the restaurants, bars, pubs and discos well famouse in Baiona.
Pinta Caravel Museum
Baiona was the first port in Europe to have notice of the discovering of America. On March 1st 1493, the
Caravel La Pinta, skippered by Martin Alonso Pinzon, moore at these waters. With the celebration of the
5th Centenary of the discovering, a replica of the ship was built and remains moored in the port for visitors.
